DS- duodenal switch. This is the surgical weight loss treatment that offers
the greatest weight loss.
DH- "Dear Husband" (sometimes actually used sincerely).
PB- for lapbanders, the "PB" is a productive burp.

Dh usually means Dear/DArling or not so nice Husband. DS can mean the same
with Son, but I suspect you are referring to the surgery type, BPD/DS in
which case the DS part refers to duodenal swtich. PB? When I use it, it
means peanut butter, but not sure which post you saw.

"DH" could also mean "dunder-head" . . .and, Michelle
is right, for many of us RNY-ers, "PB" is usually peanut butter
and "CIB" is Carnation Instant Breakfast.
