Hi Gigi, I am not Dave, but the tea that I use is the Dieter's green tea. I buy it at Walmart. There is also a Detox tea that is good. I hope this helps. Kema

Not Dave either but Fennel seed works for me. It also helps with excess gas

There is also a tea called "Smooth Move" tea, and it comes in natural and chocolate flavors. My dietician says that it is okay to drink this to relieve constipation

The tea I use is made my NHR vitamins, and is noted on the vitamin links in my profile story. It has a slight taste of peppermint, and tastes good. I often make a gallon jug of iced tea from it too. I use a gallon of water in a large pot, boil water, place 4 bags of herbal tea in it, and let it steep for 8 hours. I then transfer to a heavy duty gallong jug I have and keep in fridge. It lasts a week this way. On colder evenings, I make a cup of the tea about 10 PM each night. DAVE
