Question:
I'm scheduled for my lap-bad on September 2nd.
I'm a little nervous on how I will handle the 14 day liquied diet before my procedure. Any suggestions on how to avoid being hungry those 14 days while dirnking nothing but liquids???? Any information will be helpful. Thank You In advance. — sjh921 (posted on August 7, 2009)

this is a tough phase, but really shows you if you can handle this part you
can make it through the rest with flying colors! I found that warm liquids
made me fee full longer. Like broths, warm decaf tea or coffee. Also sugar
free Popsicle are great ways to make you feel like your having a treat.
