Question:
I'm just curious about the gummy vitamins

I would like a different vitamin and seen that there is a gummy vitamin for kids. Just wondered if that would be o.k. instead of the Flintstones Vits. Carrie =0)    — CARRIE C. (posted on December 7, 2003)

i just love the spiderman gummie men they are the best little things ive ever had, im doing great with these myself, i chew 3 a day after my dinner.

I switched from flintstones to gummies (didn't like the flintstones). I love the gummies. However as with most vitamins they don't have vitamin K and a couple of other nutrients, so I make up the difference with my protein drink and a half of a weightsmart vitamin broken into 2. My surgeon is fine with that.

Please check that they are a Complete Multi vite and that they include the B-family. B1,2,3,6. Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin (or Niacinimide) and the P...... whose spelling I have to check. When I checked them last, they were not nearly complete enough for "us".

Carrie my Dr. put me on 4 centrum chewables a day 2 morning and 2 in the afternoon.
