I know I should be getting 60 grams of protein, but how many carbs and fats should I

The nutritionist in my surgeon's office told us to aim for between 60 - 85
grams of protein, less than 40 grams of fat, and less than 120 grams of
carbs. You should be getting about 15 carbs per meal, and up to 15 grams
of protein, and up to 8 grams of fat - assuming you're eating 6 small meals
per day.

Your best bet is talk to your surgeon's nutritionist. Cannot go wrong
there!

We were told to keep fats and carbs to a minimum and get 60 to 80 gram of
protien. Not real exact but they said to not worry too much and try to get
in the protein and water. Worked ok for me.

YOu should be getting what the other posters said, but I want to say that
you shouldn't go over the high end of protein and take in 90-100 grams of
protein thinking it is better. I don't know how many people know this, but
you will not absorb the extra and it will be disposed of. So just a little
tip. 70-80 grams of protein are good.

If anyone joins lapband.com, you should be eligible for Lindora online
program. It helps you ensure all your nutrtional needs for each day
(specialized for lapband patients) and you don't have to choose their food
products, there are lists of things that are store bought
