Question:
What stage of the post op diet do I begin taking calcium?

I was told to begin taking my calcium at 6 weeks, and also to make sure I was getting fiber beginning then.

I starting taking calcium the next day after my surgery. Plus it tasted good since I was not eating anything. lol
