I HATE to exercise - but one thing I like to do is dance. So I bought a
pack of Disco music and I "disco" away for 30-45 minutes. I
include strethes, lunges, rubber bands, etc - but basically I just keep
moving for the time -

I WALK A LOT, I GO TO WALMART, LOWES, ANYWHERE TO GET MY STEPS IN. I WAS
TOLD TO GET A PEDOMETER AND WORK UP TO 10,000 STEPS A DAY. I DIDN'T THINK
IT WAS POSSIBLE BUT IT IS. MY BEST SO FAR IS 11,000 STEPS. BUT NOT EVERY
DAY. ALSO I USE MY TREAD MILL AND GAZELLE, IT'S EASIER ON THE JOINTS. GOOD
LUCK WITH YOUR JOURNEY. REMEMBER, ONE DAY AT A TIME. BEV 10/16/07 DR.
