Hi Lydia, You can go to this link: http://www.optifast.com/find_program.jsp and enter your area code and the first 2 digits of your zip code and they will tell you where is the nearest optifast center by you. Hope this helps and I'm guessing this is for your pre-op liquid diet. Good luck. Dan
