Question:
how much should one be eating at 9 months post op?

I'm almost nine months post op and don't have a clue on how much i should be eating at one sitting. I'm down 111 pounds and surpassed my goal weight by 5 pounds.    — LAURIE W. (posted on January 9, 2002)
