Question:
What do you mix the protien powder with?
ok, another protien drink question...........If you can't have caffene (sic), sugar, milk, carbonation or natural sugar fruit drinks, what are you supposed to mix the protien powder with? oh, I forgot to mention I hate the taste of aspertine. I am counting on my AMOS buddies to help me out with this. I am scheduled for Lap RNY on Aug 22nd. Hugs and God's blessings on all — JEANNE V. (posted on July 31, 2001)

Most of them you mix with milk or water, and since you can not have milk
use water.

I mix mine with about 6 oz water and 4-5 ice cubes. Try ProBlend 55 which
is sweetened with that Stevia -- a derivative of sugar.

I mixed vanilla powder with either diet root beer or diet orange soda.
Mixing it with the hand blender takes all the carbonation out, and it
tastes great. But then again, I liked the powders mixed just with water
and ice also! Be aware that your tastes may change dramatically right
after surgery, so you'll want to do some trial and error testing.

Hi there! I use cold decaf coffee to mix with chocolate...sometimes. I
also use Crystal Light and diet V8 Splash (diluted to 50%)...and water, of
course.

I mix 2 scoops of Proscore Chocolate with 6 oz of water, half a banana and
2 ice cubes and it is really yummy! You can also mix with milk if you
arn't lactose intollerant. I'm not but prefere not to have the calories of
the milk.

I mix one scoop of my ProComplex with abut 1/2 cup of water. Sometimes I
add a little equal...if I feel wild and crazy. And no...it doesn't taste
like a fabulous milk shake or smoothie. I can't pretend it is a full meal.
It's medicine. and I drink it down like medicine and then I forget about
it. Works for me. :))

Use anything you can tolerate. I use flavorings from the grocery store also
kool-aid. Another thing is to use frozen fruit instead of ice cubes.
