Question:
Does anyone know if Cane juice is a natural sugar or an added suger?

I found these protein bars, there called LUNA Protein, it doesnt have any of the added sugars that i have normally seen before, but it does containe Cane Juice. I am afraid of dumping sydrome i havent had it yet and i dont want too! Is Cane juice a natural sugar?    — venessa24 (posted on May 10, 2011)

thats great that you havent had dumping syndrom congratulations, and believe me you dont want to ever get it....I had it once and I thought I was going to die...to answer your question cane water is an added sugar because its at its natural source...once they evaporate the water they get the sugar cristals....great question and thanks for the heads up.....also be careful not to eat anything with sugar alcohols in it, it is just as bad...
