Question:
lap band stage 4 diet
What has everyone been eating for stage 4 after lap band surgery - i have my post op followup tomorrow - just curious to see what everyone is eating at this stage. Does everything have to be ground up? — Lisa B. (posted on September 19, 2009)

I began eating regular food, Make sure it is Baked, Grilled, or Boiled.
That is your Meat.
And like my Best Friend Cathy Wilson Says CHEW, CHEW, CHEW, like a CHEW
CHEW TRAIN to make sure your food is like Mush when it goes down, so it
Won't get Struck. Trust me you don't want that to Happen.
I am a Year Post-Op and I have lost 111 Pounds being a Lap-Bander. I have
done everything that my Doctor told me to do. And I feel Great.
Hope this Helps you.

well. I have his cookbook "Culinary Classics" (my favorite),

I also receive a monthly email newsletter from him that includes cooking

At every stage, it is important to eat delicious, nutritious food. Stay
excited about cooking and continue to try new things. Just make sure to
follow your doctor's guidelines. God Bless
