Bob is correct, Eat, Drink and Excercise. Back to the basics is the only
way. Measure your foods, don't cheat, keep away from bread, rice, pasta
for sure

#1 - Do this for 10 days to break a plateau
#2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day
#3 - You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your
vitamins/minerals supplements each day (some suggest at least 60 and up to
80 gr)
#4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5x a
day
beef
pork
chicken
turkey
lamb
fish
eggs
low fat cheese
cottage cheese
plain yogurt or artificially sweetened (?)
peanut butter
beans/legumes
You may also have:
sugar free popsicles
tea or coffee
sugar free jello
broths/bullion (sp?)
crystal light drinks - Walmart has it's own brand that are cheaper &
better
#5 - If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!!
#6 - Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 mins of exercise daily

Lets try to find what got you back to that old bad habbit...
Sometimes we forget what it is to need fuel for our bodies and support
though groups to stay in tune with your "WHY"
Stay focused and breathing is so important before meals...take 5 deep
breaths...Stress hangs on to fat cells and also not eating enough good food
and suppliments in balance can cause your body to store fat. Also very
important to get 100 grams of protein in daily, however it is important
knowing how much the body is absorbing per hour!!!
Hope all the tips help...
I do the Labomba 1 time per month to burn fat and helps me feel
better...You can email me for the recipe... and I will tell you how to make
the most out of your "WHY"
Remember Success is earned it is never given!

I'm in the same boat. I've gain 7 lbs and can't get it off. I joined
Curves again and in a week I've already lost 3 of the 7 lbs! My issue has
always been that I'm lazy; I work full time, I'm a full time student, I'm a
divorced mom with a 16 yr old, my disabled mom lives with me, AND I'm
getting married. I kept telling myself "I have no time for
exercise!" Trust me -- ANYONE can find 30 minutes every other day to
exercise. I did.
You can do it! Do it NOW before 15 becomes 25 and 25 becomes 40 and so on.
That's why I got panicked at 5 lbs.....I' NOT going back to 369 lbs -- NOT
A CHANCE IN HELL! I'm a HOT chick now!

I'm 5+ years post-op and was going through the same thing only I gained
almost 20! I joined Weight Watchers and have lost 28 pounds. I regret not
joining right after surgery, it has been wonderful for me. I'd like to
lose 10 more pounds but am struggling with that because I am happy with my
success so far.. I could use a kick/jump start! Good luck with losing and
don't let yourself get out of control... we did this for LIFE!
