How many meals of what size are you eating? How much sugar and milk are you
taking in? They can make you hungrier. How much in protein supplement? How
often are you hungry?

It is disappointing when the hunger feeling returns, isn't it? I enjoyed
about 5 months of no hunger, but then it returned with a vengeance. The way
I handled it was to follow my dr's advice: eat when I was hungry. I always
ate protein first then the other stuff. Didn't take more than 20 minutes to
eat so my pouch had a chance to get full. I ate about every 2 hours for a
while then it dropped off to every 3-4 hours. I notice that I cycle thru
that every once in a while and wonder if it is my body periodically asking,
"Are we starving, or what?" So I answer it with some protein and
say, "Heck, no! Go on and drop some more fat!" I agree with
Michelle, too. Take stock of how much protein you are getting. Now would be
the time to add it to your diet as your hunger increases so you are not
filling that space with carbs . . .

I didn't experience hunger for 11 months, I was very blessed.
Try eating 5 or 6 small meals instead of 3 meals a day. Also,
make sure you are drinking 64oz. of water and watch your simple
carbs. I find that if I eat breads/pasta/potatoes etc. I get
hungrier.

Thank You so much Cheri, Barb and Michelle!!!!
For all those wonderful tips, this is all quite new to me, and I was
beginning to panic. I get about 50 grams of protein a day, and about 80 to
100 oz of water a day......
I am also beginning to wonder if my caloric intake is more than I am
burning off by working out!! I'll be sure to keep you posted!
