can anyone help me with a letter for a leg lift to the insurance company?

Not to be a downer, but I've never heard of insurance paying for thigh lift. How much weight have you lost? Does the hanging skin limit your mobility. Limited mobility and skin care issue would be the things to include in a letter to insurance.

Hygiene problems and documented yeast infections also may help get yours covered. However, I have Anthem BC/BS and they denied mine. I ended up self paying and am having my surgery on Wednesday.
