is eating a kosher all beef, skinless hotdog okay?

Hi Regina: I ate skinless lowfat kosher hot dogs about 5 months after RNY.
They are salty, and not the best source of protein, but they were a treat
to me. You just have to chew very carefully, because they tend to get stuck
if you eat fast. The tofu dogs are higher in protein, lower in fat and a
better choice for me, but everyone is different. Best wishes, Pam

How yami! They are good and tastie. Just don't make a habit of eating them
all the time, maybe as a treat once in a while and make sure you drink lots
of water after one hour as they are very salty. chew every bite you eat
very well, slowly and then swallow it.
