what to eat i am tired of everything protein drinks and cheese ,nuts,what to eat help

eggs, bacon, luncheon meats, I also drink skim milk, 3 glasses a day. I
personally like Boco Burgers also..Chicken and beef, lowfat, high protein.
Good luck, its a long journey but so worth it..

Seafood (shrimp, tuna, crab, etc.), chicken, lean pork, lean beef are all
good choices. I use beef jerky cut into little bite sized pieces with my
kitchen shears for something to chew on if I get hungry. There are even
some high protein cereals and pasta on the market now. Try them.

Try snacking on roasted soy beans instead of nuts. 1 serving provides 14
grams of protein and they are really good.
