CAN I LOSS 24PDS. BY SEPT. 16,2003

YES I JUST HAVE TO DO IT I KNOW I AM LOOKING HIGH TO DO THIS BUT I JUST WANT TO SEE 200PDS.BY SEPT.16,2003 GOING TO TENN. FOR A WEEK AND JUST WANT TO SEE IT HAPPEN.I HAVE LOST 481/2PDS.IN 10WEEKS SO IF I CAN LOSS IT BY SEPT.16,IT WILL BE 14 WEEKS CAN IT HAPPEN. HELP    — nancy A. (posted on August 20, 2003)

This is a question only you can answer. How hard are you willing to work your "tool". I would guess that with some work it is possible.

Realistically, if you were to consume no more than 10-15 carbs a day and have at least 80 grams of protein a day, you could possibly lose 5 pounds a week. But, why set a very difficult goal--- what will happen if you don't hit that goal, will you feel that all of your efforts were for naught?

Hi Nancy. That goal is reachable, but u have to work at it. I went on a high protein only kit for 1 week and i lost 5-7lbs. I only ate protein and drank my 64oz of water or crystal lite. my carb intake is maybe 6grams a day. I eat different kinds of meat and cheese. So if u want it, it can happen. I set a goal for me to be 183lb by labor day and i have 7lbs to go, and almost 2 weeks. I say GO FOR IT. I had my first high carb item today and that was 1 slice of bread with tuna. Steve nothing will happen if i dont reach the goal but i want to do this for me to see if i can i would love to see 200pds.just like you wanted to i dont see anything wrong with that now do you????????????
