Hi Tammi,
Perhaps your rny didn't take well due to the doctor's experience with this
surgery. But you have to cut your ties with food before you consider
having a revision. Having a revision might be the answer to fix the
problem that your previous doctor made, but having control over food is the
second answer. Food is a demon and we need to break that connection and
rearrange our thinking. We need food to live, we don't live for food. I
suggest doing a lot of soul searching and find out what in your life is
causing the food to control your life. The soul searching is a good thing,
but it isn't easy or pretty. I just thought to myself when I did it; am I
eating for boredom, depression, or what? Once you get in touch with the
inner YOU, you will be on your way to cutting your tie with food. I still
love food, but now I love the taste. I can't let food control my life.
You can do it. I sent you an email to your website. Let me know if I can
help you further. Sometimes it helps to get help from someone on the
outside looking in. Some say this is easier said than done, but I did it
and it isn't easy, but it is worth getting your life back on track. take
care.

Hi! I would just like to ask if you have tried the basic rules again.
Chewing your food 20+ times, waiting 5 minutes between bites with meals
lasting atleast 20 minutes and no longer than 30, exercise,
vitamins, journal, and the no drinking for 30 minutes prior, during and
atleast 45 minutes after eating. If you start to do these again, I think
you can get back ontrack without another surgery. Best of luck to you!
hugs,Kim
