Dannon is the one my support group recommends. You have to be careful with yogurs--low fat ones may have 16 gr of sugar or more per container. DAVE

I found the cheapest lite one at walmart is only 80 calories and low in sugar. But I have not found any sugar-free ones at the stores I shop. I use yogert for breakfast. I have used this one from the beginning and never had a problem with it. My nut says to make sure over-all sugars are less than 9 grams and you shouldn't have a problem.

Sugar Free and No Sugar Added are two different things. Yogurts are no sugars added. Dannon Light is very good and legal. I haven't looked further because Dannon satisfies me. I also like the plain yogurts, Dannon also, and add NLA peaches to it, and if mixed with unsweeted chocolate (melted) and Splenda, it is a delicious desert. There are sugars in yogurts because it comes from milk. Read the first 5 ingredients to check for added sugar. Lyn

There is no sch thing as sugar fre yogurt because milk has lactose which is a natual occuring sugar in milk products. I use Greek Yogurt too called FAGE...It has 3 times the protein of any regular yogurt and is naturally low in sugar, but naturally not sugar free either. You can add NSA preserves to sweeten it for the most rich and creamy fat free yogurt you ever had. It comes in flavors too but they are NOT sugar free! I bought one to try it and could not eat it...The plain Fage i now use as sourcream too because it has a near identical flavor to sourcream so it makes a GREAT dip for veggies and soy crisps too...or on refried beans...etc. Once you are allowed pureed fruit ...it makes the most awesom tasting berry yogurt with purred fresh raspberries or strawberries or blue ones...I sweeten it with 7 drops of Stevia (natural plant extract sweetener) and I feel like I've eaten something REALLY naughty! But it's not! It's fabulous! A large tub of it goes a REALLY long way! Take a peek. 1/2 Cup serving of the fat free has 0 fat/ 4.5g sugar/ 60 cal/ 10 protein....That's pure perfection to me! It's expensive but so worth it because it does go a long way and gives a great protein count! www.fageusa.com/products.html

I have done Yoplait light since the beginning and I strained the ones with fruit. I have done great with them. With so many flavors I didn't get too bored. I still eat them now for breakfast.

Danon Lit and Fit. All yougurt has sugar from Milk, but what you want is no sugar added. Also try greek Yougart as it is extra high in Protien. Best of success to you.

Take the greek yogurt already mentioned and sweeten it with Splenda and a tsp of vanilla. If you can't find greek yogurt, start with plain fat free yogurt. Congratulations on joining the Loser's Side.

Like everyone else has said, there is no sugar free because of the milk but I use the ones sweetened with splenda and they are Dannon Lite and fit and I found the other day at my Save a Lot their light brand that is sweetened with splenda and is 80 calories per 6 oz container. If those containers have fruit in them I was told to strain it with a tea strainer until you can have the fruit pieces. Like what some of the others have told you just remember that sugar free and no sugar added are 2 different things. You need to look at the source for the sugar grams. Just read the ingredients and know that sugar grams could be from a multitude of sources. If it says sugar or anything like sugar (high fructose corn syrup) then those are the ones to stay away from.

I use Plain Greek Yogurt (actually prefer Trader Joes brand over Fages and it's a bit cheaper) that I mix with SF coffee syrups and maybe a little splenda, depending on the taste.

dannon low carb low sugar -- or -- great value brand LITE found at walmart is made with splenda -- you will not find a sugar free or zero sugar yogurt because there are natural sugars in it from the milk -

what you want is no added sugar, lo fat or nonfat yogurt. the dannon mentioned is very good, but my favorite is blue bunny light no sugar added. some of the blue bunny have chunks of fruit so you won't want to try them yet, but the lime flavor has no chunks & is very good.

Here's what I found in my fridge: Dannon Light n Fit, with Splenda: 6 oz., 60 calories, 0 fat, 5g protein, 8g sugars. Yoplait Light Thick n Creamy, with Splenda: 6 oz., 100 calories, 0 fat, 5g protein, 10g sugars I am 3 weeks out, and have only tried the Dannon so far, and only 1/2 a container at a time and have had no trouble. Good luck to you. Penney

I bought the light kind. Columbo. I never found sugar free yogurt. Your not going to be able to eat all of it at one time anyway so the sugar will be minimal

I got Blue Bunny at WalMart. It was the only SF yogurt I could find. Now I eat Dannon Activia it does not have alot of sugar in it.

I usually buy Kroger brand CarbMaster. It comes in 4 flavors, vanilla, raspberry, strawberry & peach. It has the most protein, 12g. It has 3g of sugar, 80 calories. Good luck.
