Two huge crab cakes, french fries, large house salad with blue cheese dressing and NY style cheese cake. That was my "last supper". Glad you're almost at your goal. I'm only 3 weeks post op but have dropped 30 pounds. Seventy more to my goal.

I didn't have to do the flush either but my last meal was Saturday Night before my Monday surgery and it was Buffalo Wings, Steak and Peanut Butter and Choc. ice cream from Baskin Robbins.

I had to do the fleet cleansing, but I actually had 2 "last things" before surgery-- Meat lover's pizza, xtra cheese, thick crust from Pizza hut, along with cheese bread sticks...A foot long turkey bacon sub on cheesy italian bread, doritos, and a large frozen coke from Krystal. I miss those the most, the frozen cokes. :( LOL...oh well small price to pay for such a wonderful tool!!!! Thank you for this fun question Johnny!!!! God Bless!

I had to do a "colon cleanse" the day before. I started to make lifestyle changes many months prior to surgery so I never really had a last meal thing going on. My last meal prior to going on the liquid diet was Baja Fresh; my last meal before making lifestyle changes was Del Taco (everything bad). It was my fav fast food.

my surgery will be Oct 1. I would like to have a meat lovers pan pizza from Pizza Hut, and then some fudge from Big Wally's in Coulee City, WA. They make the best. I will miss the fudge, but will give it up, for a healthier body

my "last meal" was xmas eve and I had ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, rolls and butter, (I haven't thought about that in a while lol) and pecan pie with whipped cream and candy canes and chocolate. Wow... the only thing of those foods I eat now is the ham... and at least once a day I have a small piece of chocolate--- it keeps me sane. :) That WAS fun to think about for a minute--- but SOOO glad I don't eat those things now! :)

An Arby's roast beef sandwhich mmmm. My doctor makes us all do a 2 week liquid fast so that was the night before the fast. I was out with friends a while back and had part of a Arby kiddie burger. It wasn't even worth it, I was wishing death for several hours! By the way I am almost 2 yrs out and I got that sick.

I went on a VERY restrictive diet a week or so prior to RNY surgery. I also did one of those gallon-plus enemas the day before surgery. Just prior to starting this regimen, I went to Jack-In-The-Box and savored my last ever ULTIMATE CHEESEBURGER (two patties and three kinds of cheese) and CURLY FRIES. Those were the days my friend! But they DID end. Now Jack-In-The-Box, Burger King, etc. are a thing of the past. I really don't miss it now but I do have my memory of that last ULTIMATE CHEESEBURGER.
