Question:
Has anyone had experience with Shaklee vitamins post op?

I had RYN over a year ago, and have been taking the bariatric vitamins in capsule form for about 6 months now. I hated the chewable ones. Ran into a Shaklee rep recently, and since I took Shaklee years ago and loved them, was wondering if anyone has had any experiences, good or bad, with the product.    — patlavender (posted on December 10, 2010)

Yes! I am a Shacklee girl. I take the Vita Lea with Vit K. I still take the iron supplement that my surgeon prescribed.

I take liquid vitamins and they are GOOD, I put them in orange flavored protein drink. You can check them out at www.biometics.com I can get them for anyone at my cost plus shipping/tax. I have no hair loss, I am 7 months out and lost over 120 pounds so only 25 pounds left to go to reach my goal weight.

Any vitamins you pick make sure they are corn, starch, gluten, preservative FREE. Thay are some good vitamins in the market. You need to really read the labels and go with your feelings.
