tryin to get ideas of diff food to eat ..im on my 3rd phase..want to get the protien

What I have used was of course the protein shakes and slim fast, but food
wise I have veggie burgers and salmon burgers. I eat veggie bites and of
course fish. The veggie burgers and bites are from Morning Farms and Bocca
Burger. The fish is from Gordons grilled fish it doesnt dry out when I eat
it.

Do you like tofu. I like it and it takes on the flavor of anything you cook
with it. It is a very good source o soy protein.

I eat Special K Protein Plus Cereal and YUM Milk for breakfast, Walmart
Chicken Nuggets (Blue Box) 6-7 baked in oven with light ranch dressing,
light yogurt, light cheese sticks, Lean Pockets, South Beach Entrees, and
Slim Fast Low Carb Shake (20Gr). I can do a Junior Whopper if out running
around. I can go to Sam's Club and eat samples on the weekends and be full.
I am almost 2 years post op (04/04) and have lost 169 lbs. I feel
great. The gastric by-pass is great for someone that has been big all
their life. I don't think I would have been as successful on the lap band.
