All depends on what your policy states. Can you write here what your booklet states? I have BCBS (ohio) and it covered it. Good luck. Jamie

I have BCBS of Ga, and it covered it, but you need to check with your specific policy. It all depends on what your employer has decided to elect. Good Luck!

Generally yes unless your policy has elected to have a written exclusion. I have BCBS HMO of GA and it will cover it if you prove medically necessary and jump through all the hoops.
