Question:
NIACIN reacts VERY BADLY with my system, and I understand many other people also!!!

NIACIN has ALWAYS reeked havic with my system,,,35 yrs. ago, 10 yrs. ago, and even now! With RNY I know I will have to take multi for the rest of my life. With all the accomplishments in the pharmacutical world is there possibly a multi-vitamin out there that has NONE in it! I know, I know, a multi vit. is a multi vit. But there are special blends of everything else out there,,,what about those of us that get REALLY messed up when taking NIACIN!!! I'm talking about the face & body flushing, headaches & dizzy,,,dizzy,,,dizzy & more body & face flushing. All my blood work is fine so I know it's not a lack of anything OR an over abundance of anything. I already contacted our VITA-LADY about it & even SHE had no answers. Try taking smaller doses of Niacin. The reaction that you are having is a normal reaction to Niacin. I work for a school, and Niacin is what kids take to clean out their systems after doing illegal drugs and they experience the same affects that you describe, so maybe it is reacting with another medication that you are taking. Anyways I am not a doctor so I could not tell you for sure, but thought you might find this interesting.

I just thought of something. There is a product which I hope I NEVER see WLS people taking, but it might be right for you. Gummy Vites. No B's in them, as I recall. I dropped the bottle when I read them. You'd have to take the other B's, though. And obviously not in a B-complex. But, B-1, B-2 & B-6 can be gotten, and B-12 is already separated.
