Question:
I am having my surgery Feb 1, 2010 and am on my second week of the liquid diet.

I had my surgery at Cleveland Clinic in FL, on August 13, 2009. YOu made a great decision to go with them, they are the best. I am down 98lbs and VERY close to my goal.

Hi-I am due for mine March 17th & I have gone wild & grabbing at everything to eat before my life changes!I am dreading the liquid diet!What does it consist of?How are you coping?I'm sure this stage must be more awkward than post-op as you would have to rely on your own self discipline again!I am from South Africa so good luck!
