My surgeon's office recommends no more than 6 grams of sugar per serving,
unless it's a dairy product, in which case it will run about 14 grams per
serving (of natural sugar, not added.)

I agree, more than 6 grams of natural sugar makes me feel nausiated more
than 12 makes me all out dump. Good luck.

My absolute sugar limit is 10 grams, but I typically stick to 6 grams or
less.
