The point is not how dangerously ill your weight is making you or how more
likely you are to incur high amounts of medical/surgical/hospital care and
drugs ----- but simply what your state's Medicaid administrators want to
pay or not pay for (and they answer to the elected representatives in the
state legislature). ..................... It all depends on your state.
Some states are VERY LIBERAL in their benefits, others are incredibly
stingy. Some cover adult dental care, some just dental emergencies and
some not a single filling or extraction --- EVEN THO Peridontal infections
& bad teeth increase serious heart disease rates.

allowed, but LapBanding is making inroads, especially now that Medicare has
given a thumbs up for paying the banding for disability patients under 62
