In addition to first poster, my list has Baked fish, canned meats (in
water),lunch meat (ham, chicken or turkey... pureed), refried beans, smooth
peanutbutter, hummus, saltine crackers, cooked veggies, canned fruit with
no sugar added, eggs, pureed chili (with or without ground meats, shrimp or
crab, mac n cheese, cheeses of any kind, cooked potatoes/sweet potatoes, no
skins... I was told to limit the white flour starches because they offer
little nutrition. Limit starchy veggies from every meal, but do not avoid
them as *starchy veggies offer many vitamins and nutrition.*(Lentils, dry
beans, winter squash, sweet potatoes, etc) That is right from my list!

Hello, if you would like to send me your e-mail address I can send you a
page out my book by Nova Body Solutions that was given to me by Vista
Hospital where I had my surgery Nov '08 that explains EXACTLY what you need
to eat 3-6 week post op.
If you don't feel comfortable with that I will send to you via OH's e-mail
but it will be quite lengthy and I will probably have to send in two
e-mails, let me know what's good for you!
