Sclerotherapy is typically a procedure that deals with veins, as in treatment for spider veins. So, I'm not sure how that is connected to the poster's question.

to read what i did go to "enlarged stoma" the procedure is as described: a scope injects an irritant that causes scar tissue. the scar tissue is what tightens up the opening
