I can't eat until lunch time and then only a small amount. I take my meds
in the morning and drink a 16 ox protein drink so I am very full until
then.

I am the same way, most days. In the am I take my meds and drink a shake
then sip hot tea (helps with mucus, because of allergies) to make my
stomach feel better. I can't eat a meal until after 1 and I get up at 6,
but then that has also been my lifelong habit of eating.

I am like some of the other's here as I usually don't eat until 1 or 2
everyday. I also take my med's in the morning and usually am pretty full so
I also eat a small lunch. I've lost 108 pounds in a little over four and
half months so I don't think it's hurt me of course like the other's I'm
not really a morning person. I did tell my doctor and although he said I
should eat breakfast he said to set my own schedule because everyone has
their on. I'll soon be going back to school (at 48 years old) and so I know
some of my habits will change but remember to drink lots of water and keep
your protein up. Good Luck on your new life it's so great!

Hi Liz, no freakiness going on in your life. This is normal for you.
There are many days that I don't even begin to think of food until around
2PM. I have to force myself to eat and drink before then. But I have no
struggles snacking in the evening and nighttime. I don't let it bother me
because it is when I get my calories and my protein in, don't let it bother
you either. I do encourage you to drink water, especially if that is your
exercise time, you need fluids, and it is a constant battle to drink, so
keep that up. Take care, and welcome to normal. Patricia P.

I was so glad to read the responses. I work evenings so start my day about
9am. All I can do to get the protein and meds down by work time. So really
only eat one meal a day. I am 4 weeks out and 20 puonds down via laopband.
I was concerned about this, but feel better now. thx Judy A.
