Question:
B12 Patch - is it worth it?
Has anyone heard of this B12 patch? Does anyone know of any reasons this would or would not work? I don't want to waste my time and money, but cannot bring myself to give me a shot. And had problems with the sublinguals. Any suggestions or feedback on this would be great. There is info on the patch at http://www.b12patch.com — valarien (posted on April 5, 2006)

YES I HAVE AND ALSO MY DAUGHTER. WE BOTH HAD SKIN PROBLEMS HAVING VERY
SENSITIVE SKIN. THE PATCHES WORKED GREAT. I SAW THEM ON A RELIGIOUS
HEALTH SHOW AND I WENT OUT AND GOT SOME AFTER SPEAKING WITH MY DOCTOR.
HER LEGS CLEARED UP PERFECTLY. MY SITUATION TOO. JUST BE CAREFUL ABOUT
THE PRICE. SOME STORES CAN REALLY GOUGE YOUR WALLET!!! GOOD LUCK SWEETIE,
CAROL

The sublingual tablets from Trader Joes desolve easily-- unlike the ones
sold by GNC. You might try these as they are very cost effective.

I called the FDA they said it is not FDA approved...nor is it legal for
them to claim it works just as effectivley as B-12 shots. They are now
investigating this company. They said the most effective form of B-12 is
the sublingual or liquid if you swish it around your mouth. They said they
would not encourage the use of this product because it might not even
contain B-12. I'd rather go with what my Dr. says I should take...
