Question:
Did you know....
I remember when someone posted about the subway low-carb sandwiches and other posters said that they would rather get one of the low fat subs due to calories. Well, I just read that you can get the low-carb wrap and put any fillings in it that you want. You can design your own low-fat and low-carb sandwich! — Cheri M. (posted on January 18, 2004)

That is true, you can get anything you like on them. I tried one yesterday
and they are pretty good, I didn't even need the whole shell they use. I
ended up ripping alot of it off and it was still covered.

I am a big fan of wraps..i'm not into the big breads and love the wraps
from subway..I leave the sauce off..the cheese as I am not a big cheese
eater either..and keep the goodies of veggies, i'm still pre-op and waiting
for my turn to be a loser. I say more wraps the better! oh how easy it is
to make at home also..get creative..

Thanks Cheri that is good to know because the other day I wanted to try
this Atkins wrap, but when I saw them I knew my stomach could not tolerate
the big chuncks of meat yet, had I known I could make my own I would have
asked for tuna - next time I will.

I like them also, and enjoy the idea of designing your own. Had one 2 days
ago and only ate half the wrap. Love being able to have Jalepenos (sp)
lettuce, tomato, pickles etc... omit the sauce and save calories.... yum
