Crunchy cheese: pile some shredded mozarella cheese on a paper plate
(about 1/4 cup); microwave about 1 minute 30 seconds or until browned and
crisp.
Delish!

There are Adkins indulge p-nut bars that tase almost just like a salted
p-nut roll, very very good, microwave for about 7 seconds to make center
softer. When I am having a sweets attack, I love russel stover low carb
candy. They have chocolate covered toffee squares, reeses p-nut butter
cups, peppermint patties, just to name a few and all of them have less than
2 grams of carbs per package, they really really really help when you are
just dying for something sweet!!!!Good Luck. There is also a rocky road
icecream that is low carb (only 5 grams per serving)
