NEED BACK GROUND INFO ON A SURGEN.

I CANT SEEM TO FIND ANY BACK GROUND INFORMATION ON MY SURGEN ANYWHERES. IS THERE SOME SITE OR PLACE I CAN LOOK UP ON THE INTERNET TO FIND INFO ABOUT THIS GUY? HE'S PART OF THE WEST FLORIDA WEIGHT LOSS TEAM, WHICH IS A DIVISION OF SURGICAL ASSCIATES OF WEST FLORIDA ?????? ALL I CAN FIND ON DR. TED (THEODORE) SMALLS IS WHERE HE WAS BORN AND HE SERVED IN THE AIR FORCE YADA YADA YADA. I WANT TO KNOW HOW MANY, HOW LONG, OUTCOMES, SUCCESS STORIES, GOODS AND BADS ETC. Please go through the State of Florida, they have all the information you will need and it is free. I am sorry I don't know the particular name but I know it is under some type of medical licensing and they can also tell you about law suits, deaths etc.

I googled on my surgeon's name and found all kind of information. Any kind of papers he's written, where he's on staff at and a link that connected me to the state licensing (sp) board. Lurnia
