I seem to be having the same issue. I lost 85 with the lapband, my
solution is to get an adjustment. I havent had one in 7 mos. and I notice
that my eating has increased. Not sure what surgery you had, but know that
your not alone.

go back to eating/drinking more protein. No sugar, no white flour, meat,
veggies, small amounts of fruit. Drink lots of water.

Check out the 5 Day Pouch Test... on the website www.livingafterwls.com...
there is a guide there and recipes. It helps you get back on track and
away from the carbs.

You CANNNOT eat and drink at the same time! Drinking while eating flushes
the food out of your pouch/stomach faster, leaving you feeling hungry way
too soon! Got back to the basics. Protein drinks, plenty of water, and stay
away from the sugar! Nothing but empty calories there! Don't give up!! It's
a learning process - forever - I think most people do things wrong because
of habit, and because we can. It's recognizing when you're doing it and
correcting that behavior that is important!!

Getting back to basics! I am having the same problem. My surgery was in
2001 and in the last 4 years I've gained about 25lbs. I just joined this
site. Hoping to get myself back in the groove again. Drinking more water,
and like the previous poster said, NOT with dinner or right after.

I will have my 10 tear WLS anniversary on Jan. 8 and I have the exact same
problem. I was 258.5 and lost approx. 120 lbs, gained back some and now I'm
SCARED I have stretched my stomach and can't even feel IF I'm full; nothing
like just after the surgery. I hope you get lots of answers so I can read
them also. I was a sweet-freak before surgery and it doesn't change all
that much, although it has settled down. Stress tends to make me want to
eat a lot too.
