My only advice is to make sure you aren't dehydrated. If you are...you will
not lose anything until you re hydrate yourself..and you do this by
drinking more than the 64 required ounces. Congrats on the loss so far! My
clinic reccomends you lose 20-25 lbs a month

I advised you in a previous post of yours; to go back on liquids. I always
feel that people that start on foods only 4 weeks post op are in for
problems. That pouch is very tender and swollen still. It just had a
MAJOR surgery, so baby it. It really needs time to heal. Then after a few
months, it is hard though, then gradually start pureed food, soft then
solids. I really can't stress this enough. It is so important. Just be
sure to get your intake of water and protein, that is the liquid part as
with others, but you can't fit water, protein, and food in a pouch that is
only 2 oz in size. If you want to you can email me and I can help you with
all of this. I answer questions with all honesty. I am almost 4 yrs post
op with bypass, and I have had no problems. I really need to stress, stay
on liquids for now. I hope you find this information helpful and that you
do take my advice.
