I am #yrs out RNY I lost 100lbs total, now gained 30 back revision yes or no?

I would say no, just go back to basics. If it was 100 lbs you gained then
I would say yes. But 30 lbs can come off with basic post op eating and
excercise.

I would recommend trying to get back on track and go back to the basics.
Start planning your meals & journaling your foods, also are you
exercising?

I dont know? I guess It would be how you were putting it on? If it is
just eatting the wrong foods no but if it is due to food being your friend
for emotions yes...
I am struggling the same way. I wish someone would post there food eatting
plan so I can shock my brain into what is right again.

I agree with the first person. Remembe, you've are keeping 70 lbs off.
That's a great accomplishment!!!As she said, go back to basics of what to
eat, portion size, drinking plenty of fluid. The only thing that I can add
is do something for weekly support. It doesn't matter if it's OA, Weight
Watchers, TOPS(stands for take off pounds safely) or at the center where
you got your surgery.
