G'day Rebecca, well this is pretty nice. It is like a spinach pie but with
buggar all pastry.
Get some pastry, defrost it, get two bags of frozen spinah, defrost it.
Grab a baking dish, fold in your pastry like a pie kind of thing.
In a bowl mix the spinah with about 5 beaten eggs, some low fat ricotta
cheese and some fetta throw in in the dish and then cover with one sheet of
pastry, fold it over like a pie and bake for 30mins. Its up to u how much
cheese you want to put in but its pretty good for you.
Plus i have been making dahl it looks yucky but tastes great! You can
basically use any recipe just type in dahl recipie on google and its
wicked. Hope this helps from Katie Australia xxo

I've bought some really good books on Amazon.com - some books are specific
for certain surgeries, but others tell how to adjust portions and
ingredients foe specific surgeries.

You should check out ObesityHelp.com, the on the left side where it says
surgeries go to lapband. Lots of good recipes come up and you could also
post your question there. If fact yesterday someone left this e-mail
addressabout this very subject. http://www.5daypouchtest.com/index.html
Hope that helps. Terri

I bought Eatting Well after weight loss surgery by Patt Levine. The
recipes are great!!! Each one tells you how to puree, chop, etc.. for
lapband or gastric. I've tried about 2 dozen recipes so far. I got it at
Borders for $15 but amazon has it too for $12. Good Luck!
