I took the gummy bear vitamins because the others gagged me. The taste of
crushed vitamins or liquid was so repulsive it made me vomit. Just check
the vitamin %'s RDA and adjust the dosage accordingly. I am now three
months out and can finally take vitamins, cut in half or fourths.

I take Optisource Vitamins for post bariatric patients. There are 4
chewable ones, per day. They have everything you need as far as vitamins go.
I do not find them repulsive at all.I get them from Walgreens, and I believe
that you an order them thru walgreens.com.

Not soft gels, but actual capsules, right? If you are not having other
puking issues, then yes. For your own peace of mind, let them sit in your
mouth for 10-15 seconds, til they feel sticky or soft, then swallow and you
can be sure they will melt. SALIVA is what melts gelatin, not water.
