difference for me. My daughter hates it tho, so there ya go. I mix it into
flavored water and now cn't drink the water WITHOUT the unjury! lol Good

I use Any Whey unflavored protein - it's tasteless and odorless and
dissolves well UNLESS the food you're adding it to is VERY HOT, and
although I've never tried Unjury, I keep hearing really good things about
it. But, my container of Any Whey is HUGE, and only half empty (and I'm
already at 6 months and still have a bunch of EAS and Syntrax Nectar and
Lean Dessert flavored protein powders), so I don't think I'm going to be
buying any more protein supplement for a LONG time....and therefore can't
confirm for you about the Unjury. My personal favorites for when I'm short
on protein intake for a day are the Inspire Peanut Butter Cookie or Inspire
Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge protein powders from BariatricEating.com.
They're delicious and I would drink them every day if I could, they're not
too high in calories, and I think they only have zero to one gram of fat,
zero to one gram of carbs, and 25 to 30 grams of protein depending on which
flavor you drink. They are about $20 per package (a little pricey, but to
me, VERY worth it).

I found a protein shot that I mix with a bottle of water. Realitevly
flavorful, fruit punch. It is comparable to protec. Best of all its sold
at Walmart for 1.97 a tube and there is like 25 or 26g of protein. Hope
that helps

I have tried several. My vote is for Unjury.
