Question:
henry ford bariatric/wls friendly PCP

Can anyone please refer me to a bariatric/wls friendly PCP that supports the surgery...I need one asap to get the ball rolling.....I have hap hmo so trying to stay within the network as to keep my out of pocket expenses down...thanks so much for any help....I have one name so far but am open to all suggestions!
