I am too. I know it is because of my bad eating habits. I tend to snack too much during the day. I think it will always be an uphill battle for us. I need to lose about 20 pounds. Let me know what you decide to do. I was considering going on Nutri stystem. I want to get control before it controls me.

I am 4 1/2 years out and I have noticed that I have stated snacking more and we just moved and I was not working so I was home all day and not moving around asmuch. I have gained almost 20 lbs and I hate it! I am actually getting a Bowflex and starting work too, so hopefully I can get this under control.

I was reised at 5 yrs due to staple line disruption (SLD). On thi site: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Graduate-OSSG , many ppl are 10 + yrs out and many, many have bee reised for various reasons. You might want to ask this question there, too.

I am also considering a revision. I'm unsure if insurance will cover it and how do you know if a doctors thinks it's necessary. I'm 6 years out and I have gained about 25 lbs. I feel very out of control with eating. Any information would be very helpful.

I too had gained 22 lbs in a 9 mo time. I am 4 yrs post-op and saw the View a week ago where this woman after having 3 kids close together had gained most of her weight back. She started on whats called the 5DPT (5 day pouch test). Kaye Baileys website is where you can find out about it. www.lifeafterwls.com or google 5DPT. I followed it last week and lost 7 lbs. I started it again today and do very well on it. It is like starting from the first day you had wls. It does seem to have shrunk my pouch. I can't gulp my fluids as I did 2 weeks agao and I feel full after about 4 small bites. I had started to snack more during the night and eating slider foods like vegetable soup and crackers thinking it would not make me gain but I was wrong. Hope you can get back on track and if it is not something more wls related making you gain.
