Forgive me if I'm missing something here, perhaps this was posted in
response to another question or a request but it looks like a commercial to
me. Why, after having surgery, would someone put themselves through a
"meal replacement program"? Isn't that one of the reasons we had
surgery, because things like Optifast didn't work in the past? If I've
misread this or stepped on someone's toes I apologize but I'm just confused
about why this was posted. If someone cares to set me straight, I welcome
it :-)

Kelleye, at the time this was posted, I posted in response to a question
someone else mentioned to me about what to eat either BEFORE or AFTER WLS.
Meal Replacements are still used even after WLS~it's a matter of
preference. Oh, don't worry, I'm not concerned about your stepping on my
toes, information was asked of me that I provided whether it applies to
someone or not. Oftentimes, if a person is not interested in responding,
they can just simply ignore or overlook the question or whatever was
posted. No apology is required...
