here is a link from this site that has a tutorial on how to add photos and other things to your personal account. http://obesityhelp.com/content/sitehelp.html Just copy an paste this link into your browser. And if you would like to go directly to it, it is on the main board area, on the left side where it says "Welcome (your name)" in a light blue box then the bottom link says, "Site/Forum Help" Hope this helps.
