What is the "sweet spot"?

The "sweet spot" is what they call it when you have had your lapband adjusted, and are getting optimum results. It can change, and it may take several adjustments to hit it, I think I am almost there! I go back to my Dr on Monday, and will discuss my results. Good Luck!
