I had similar problems with all chewables until I found L'il Critters Gummy
Vites.... They're for kids, and you have to chew about 4-6 a day, but they
are some of the best gummy bears I've ever had and it feels like a treat
when I pop them in my mouth and chew. They have general vites, extra
calcium ones, extra vitamin c ones... try them... they made a world of
difference to me.

Hi~I could not even stand Flintstone's chewables...thought I was going to
gag and die on those!! I, too, found the gummi bear L'il Critters Gummy
Vites Vitamins. You can get them at Walmart. I showed them to my surgeon
and he told me to use only 2 a day, that it would be just fine. I do think
I am going to get the Vitamin C ones with gingko biloba and echinacea too
though. Now, if only they could make calcium and iron this tolerable, all
would be well with taking vitamins. I am still on a quest for those.
Having a hard time with that as liquids are usually out for me since I am
allergic to aspartame/nutrasweet and intolerant of splenda. Very queasy
pouch here. Good luck on your vitamin search!!~~Lise

I use "one a day " ESSENTIALS... they are very very very tiny
pills. Also VitronC is a tiny Iron pill.

PURITANSPRIDE.COM sells a liquid flavored multi vitamin that I like!Right
now it is by one get 2 free almost any item you buy good deal if you like
the flavor! I got almost all my vites thru there. I rather swallow it and
have a bad taste in my mouth for half a minute then sit for 15-30 minutes
trying to swallow my chopped up pills.Almost everything I take is liquid it
makes it so much easier the other pills I just try to deal with them the
best I can.Good luck!

Hi Michelle, I had the same problems. I used to take Centrum's every day,
but they are too big for comfort, and I just don't want to break them in
half and do that. But K-Mart has a line of vitamins called VitaSmart. They
come in see-through blue plastic bottles. They have a daily multi-vitamin
that is a very small yellow pill. Very easy to swallow. I take two each
day, since I had Distal RNY. I figure two of them gives me enough even with
the mal-absorption properties of the surgery. One in the morning, and one
at night.
