They follow 1 man and a few other people and the show is very positive and focuses on the positive aspects of having the surgery. I watched this show with a friend who called me insane for ever considering this. He watched with interest and was quiet afterward. He no longer considers me nuts, although he said it was a serious thing to do. But so is diabetes was my reply.
