Question:
I would like to know what consist of six small meals a day?

I am 10 months post op and tend to eat frequently. I tend to eat a lot of fruits or protein bars as well as drink a lot of water and protein drinks. Does protein drink consist as a meal? or does eating fruit constist as a small meal.    — [Anonymous] (posted on February 27, 2001)
