Question:
Will geting out of the back seat of a cab be a problem post op?
If I fly from So.California to San Francisico for surgery I am going to have to get in and out of the back seat of a taxi cab... Its been so long since I've been in a cab or a car for that matter, I dont even know if I can do that now... how about post op? Anyone had a problem exiting a cab post op? 5'4" appx 360 — X X. Mary, when arranging the ride before leaving the hospital, ask them to send
a roomier vehicle. They have station wagons and vans. And ask the driver
for a helping hand. Considering that you'll be coming out of the hospital,
he'd probably understand that you're recuperating from something. Even if
he's not normally nice enough to offer, a good tip my be the incentive he
needs to do so. Hope things go well for you.
